An exciting opportunity is being offered to join a technology-driven consulting group headquartered in Dubai, with operations across Sri Lanka, Georgia, and New Zealand.
Within the Technology Division, a Sales Leads role is being made available for a results-oriented professional capable of driving growth across digital solutions, enterprise applications, and IT consulting services.
Key Responsibilities
- New business opportunities across IT solutions and digital services will be identified, prospected, and converted
- The full sales cycle will be managed, from initial inquiry to post-sale engagement
- Client requirements will be analyzed, and tailored technology solutions will be proposed
- Strong relationships will be established and maintained with clients and strategic partners
- Pricing and commercial negotiations will be conducted to ensure profitable deal closures
- Opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services (digital marketing, software solutions, automation, AI services) will be explored
- CRM systems will be maintained with accurate pipeline tracking and reporting
Candidate Profile
- 1–3 years of experience in IT sales or digital solutions is required
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is expected
- Strong communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills are required
- Understanding of IT services, software solutions, or digital platforms will be considered an advantage
- A proactive and client-focused mindset is preferred
